Vision and mission of the college is to impart education to the students of the Raigarh district and other areas by applying state of art technology and well furnished infrastructure, trained and well qualified teachers appointed under statute-28. Our motto is to build the personality of the students as globally competent skilled, employable, entrepreneur, and leaders.

We provide ambiance so that the students inculcate, values and develop attitude such an individual   of the attributes of the extra- version, lifelong learning, man of the conscience and positive attitudes.

The mission is carried out through adopting various activities seminar symposiums, group discussion and other numberless activities.

Various committees and associations are represented by students carrying out the responsibilities that help build a leader.

Such we put all our effort to build such a man of personality who become leader not follower who believe in cooperation not in coercions, who believe in co-ordination not any confrontation, who become a producer of services to live life of success and to serve the nation and humanity.
